How to set up your D-U-N-S Number

You will need to have a D-U-N-S Number. If you are unsure if your organization already has a D-U-N-S number, you can search at: dnb.com/duns-number/lookup.html If your company is not listed, you’ll have the option to submit your information to obtain a free D-U-N-S Number.

You will be asked the following information when requesting a D-U-N-S Number:

  • Legal entity name

  • Headquarters address

  • Mailing address

  • Your work contact information

If you request a D-U-N-S Number, a Dun & Bradstreet representative may contact you for more information, such as verifying the address, type of business, and number of employees. Please have all of your business registration documents ready to ensure this process goes smoothly.

  • Please allow up to 30 business days to receive your number from Dun & Bradstreet. If your request process takes more than two weeks, please email Dun & Bradstreet at appdeveloper@dnb.com.

Once you receive your D-U-N-S Number, please allow up to 2 business days for Apple to receive your information from Dun & Bradstreet. After this period, you may enroll as a company/organization in the Apple Developer Program.
